1. Standard Schedules
Retail and donation center team members are scheduled in shifts published 14 days in advance via Workday Scheduling. Support Center team members typically work Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM Central, with flexible start times available.
2. Meal & Rest Breaks
Team members working 6+ hours receive an unpaid 30-minute meal break and two paid 15-minute rest breaks. Breaks must be taken — not skipped to leave early.
3. Remote Work
Support Center roles may work remotely up to 2 days per week with manager approval. Retail and donation center roles are fully on-site by nature of the work.
4. Tardiness & Absences
Tardies of more than 10 minutes are tracked. 3 tardies in a rolling 30-day period results in a verbal coaching; 5 results in a written warning. No-call/no-show for any shift is grounds for immediate disciplinary action.
5. Shift Swaps
Team members may swap shifts with manager approval, submitted at least 48 hours in advance through Workday Scheduling.
