1. Our Values

Respect, Integrity, Service, Excellence — the four values that guide every interaction at Goodwill Houston. Every team member is expected to model these values daily.

2. Treating Others

Treat every donor, shopper, program participant, and team member with dignity and respect. Discrimination, harassment, bullying, and retaliation have no place at Goodwill Houston.

3. Conflicts of Interest

Disclose any potential conflict of interest — including outside business activities, financial interests in vendors, or relationships with team members in your reporting line — to your People Partner within 30 days of becoming aware of it.

4. Use of Company Resources

Goodwill Houston resources — including donated goods, vehicles, equipment, and systems — are for business use only. Personal use of donated goods (including 'first pick' before items reach the floor) is prohibited and grounds for termination.

5. Reporting Violations

Report suspected violations to your supervisor, your People Partner, or anonymously through the EthicsLine at (800) 555-0123 or ethics.goodwillhouston.org.
