1. Pay Schedule
Team members are paid biweekly on Fridays. Direct deposit is required and can be set up in Workday. Pay statements are available 2 days before each pay date.
2. Health Insurance
Full-time team members are eligible for medical, dental, and vision coverage on the first of the month following 30 days of employment. Goodwill Houston covers 75% of the team member premium and 50% of dependent premiums.
3. 401(k) Retirement Plan
All team members 21+ are eligible to enroll in the 401(k) plan after 60 days of service. Goodwill Houston matches 100% of the first 3% contributed and 50% of the next 2%, vesting on a 3-year graded schedule.
4. Team Member Discount
All team members receive a 20% discount at any Goodwill Houston retail store, including the G3 Outlet. Discount is applied at checkout with your team member ID.
5. Tuition Assistance
After 1 year of full-time service, team members may apply for up to $3,000/year in tuition reimbursement for accredited programs related to their role or career path at Goodwill Houston.
